Cosma was conceived, designed and developed by Dr. M. E. Hopper. She has been working on the project in some way or another for over forty years now.
Some of the key graphics (Cosma logo, original illustrations, content labels etc.), object programming, ongoing user interface design advice, content contributions and financial support have also been provided by Neil R. Carlson.
